1.d - Getting your password reset if you forgot it

It happens to nearly everyone at some point or another. You come back from Summer Vacation, and the first thing you want to do is check your online courses in Blackboard. But, when you try to login, you see a message that reads: "Could not login, Valid authentication credentials not provided". This message means that the password you typed in does not match the password saved for your account in Blackboard.

In order to obtain your NSU Userid or reset your NSU Password, please read the section "Obtaining a username and password" in this student guide for information about how to obtain or reset your NSU username and password.
